Last Spring I purchased two Carrier TZA Air Conditioning Units from Energy Services. I had the pleasure of working with Sheri D'Hansel. I had been a loyal customer of Bill's Service in Naperville, but Sheri convinced me Carrier's "Puron" product was superior and your service was second to none. I even had a less expensive quote from another Carrier dealer, but decided to purchase from Sheri because she instilled in me more confidence that the installation would be done correctly.
Sheri responded quickly to my needs, analyzed my problems correctly, made product recommendations, obtained very competent technicians (Scott and Jeff), and followed through to make sure the equipment was properly and timely installed. In addition, she was a pleasure to work with.
Today, I purchased two furnaces and a 70-gallon water heater from Sheri. As before, Sheri took the time to educate mew on the products available, inspected my heating system, and made sensible recommendations.
I will certainly keep Sheri's cell phone number handy if any of my neighbors have HVAC needs. Thank you for having her on your staff.

I wanted to personally share with you the great experience I had today with your staff.
I was referred to you by a neighbor and how pleased she was with your services for a new furnace.
I had the pleasure today, experiencing what makes a great company. I met with your sales staff a few weeks ago, Greg was very informative, explained everything thoroughly, was willing to meet my budget and provide me with a furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and filter system that met my needs.
After our encounter, I was then visited by your technicians today. Scott and Dan were very polite, professional, and very patient. Throughout the process they were very helpful, answered all my questions, and explained everything they were doing.
One factor that stood out was Scott's attention to detail, his strive for perfection and his creativity to make it all gel in somewhat tight conditions.
