1991

The owner of Energy Services, Bob Forty was selected by the Carrier Corporation to appear in their sales and management training course which produced a video training program in the Leadership Course

1998-Current

Carrier Corporation invited Energy Services to participate in their Partners in Development program. This program assists Carrier in ways to improve their products for today and for the future.

2000

Energy Services was nominated and selected as finalist for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Awards in the Service category.

2001-Current

Energy Services received the highest business honor bestowed by Carrier Corporation on heating ventilation and air conditioning dealerships nationwide; the Carrier Distinguished Dealer Award, (CDD) award. Energy Services earned this award being the number one dealer out of 8,000 Carrier dealers nationwide. "Dealerships that receive Carrier CDD recognition are clearly the ones driving the HVAC industry and exceeding customer expectations, " says Bill Stewart, Carrier CDD Program Director. He continues, "Energy Services is a high caliber company with a staff that listens to customers' comfort issues, assesses the options that are available, and then responds in a way that best fulfills the customers' needs -- and they do so consistently."

2003

Energy Services became one of the first dealers in the country to attain the status of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer. This means Energy Services has attended specialized Carrier training and passed a series of tests to achieve this certification. A Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer has the best training from Carrier in both sales (engineering a job) and installation and service. A Factory Authorized Dealer also means that a dealer has received high marks from customer reported quality and service. As of 2006, 15% of the Carrier dealers nationwide have achieved Authorized Dealer status.

2003

Energy Services became one of the first dealers in the country to have all technicians pass the NATE certification. NATE is an independent organization that tests the knowledge and expertise of HVAC technicians. Today, NATE is considered the leading accredited testing institution in the HVAC industry.
