Maintenance Plans

The Discount Club Plan

About 90% of our customers choose this plan because:

1. It is cheaper to get a DC as opposed to just getting a clean and check. If you break it down per piece of equipment the DC is about 12%-20% cheaper per piece of equipment, depending on the number of furnaces and air conditioners you have.

2. Customers on this plan receive a 15% discount on parts and labor for any potential service call during the year. Plus members of this plan receive the same discount on air cleaner filters and humidifier pads, etc.

The Clean and Check (not a D/C)

About 10% of our customers elect just to get a clean and check on one piece of equipment. The reasons for this are because someone is moving, someone just has a furnace and not an air conditioner or because a real estate agent just needs one piece of equipment cleaned and inspected.

Commercial

Every commercial plan is different because every commercial application is different (number of equipment, type of equipment, etc.). Please call (630) 420-2275 for a custom quote.
